/The caller indicated she had seen my classified ad for the sale of my timehare and claimed thy could sell it for what I wanted. I was then referred to Brian Welsh Generl Mgr who agred to sell my time share for a fee of$1500 with $750 rebate if title search revealed no leins or outstanding debt, after further assurances (BBB member, etc) I agreed to charge my credit card $1500 for them to sell the time share. Within hours I received a return call advising my time share had a buyer, and they would begin the title search and sale would be completed within 30 days or less. That is the last I have heard from them. Repeated calls to this number have only resulted in voice mail messages to leave my number and they would get back. Still no response fter two m onths. Guess I got taken in another timeshare selling scam
