I went to the police and filed a report. I just got another call saying he was going to come personally to deliver my 'papers'. The police said that any legit debt collector does not threaten you and that because they have they would have to eat the debt now anyway providing you have proof of the call. Thank goodness mine ( debt collector) was smart enough to leave messages on my voicemail.
