A call came in on my work phone from 7632341448. I think this is a "spoofed" number used to conceal the actual phone number of the caller. There was a recorded message congratulating me on being selected to receive a free home security alarm system. I played along and was connected to a screener. I gave him bogus information and I was then transferred to another person who tried to sell me on installing a system for $44.99 per month. I pretended to be unable to understand the terms he was explaining. When he figured out that I was just pretending he hung up.
A delay first, then mentioned call will be "recorded", and then switched is Hindi name to "Peter", pitching F'n testosterone booster shit. F'n called twice.
these people rang our job. Another manager picked up & these people requested for us by name. really rurude & wouldnt specify the reason for their ring.
I didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. I called back and the phone system says it is temporarily disconnected.
I've received almost 10 messages on my cell phone in the last two days (though I am registered on Do Not Call). They are all from the Detroit, MI area and go under various names...someone named Savannah (2 calls), someone named Haley, and some from gentlemen (one said he was Quicken Loans and one said Loan Depot). All say they are calling about refinancing. All of the call back numbers are unlisted cell phones and do not match the numbers that show up on my phone. Other numbers are 313-337-6888, 313-373-2686, 2077, 1996 and the Loan Depot number I was given is 888-337-6888.
pose as atty issuing legal documents . will go to our workplace & arrest us. these uneducated imbecile!
Got a call from that number several times. Never left a message. I am on the Do Not Call List, and since I have caller ID, I never pick up or pick up and hang up right away, as it is a nuisance to have phone ring for nothing.
no. has been phoning us the past week, several times a day, never ever leaving a msg. Finally picked up & informed 'em to quit phoning us.
This no. has been phoning our cell=phone every hour up until 10:43pm & subsequently began at 8:15am the next afternoon. these people do not pass on a voicemail.
Just received the call 2 minutes ago. It was an automated message letting me know they could lower my interest rates down to 6.9%, but I currently do not have a credit line that has an interest rate. SCAM!
I got a text saying to call them at this number. I thought it was strange when I was filling out the application online that all these ads kept poping up for school. Then I read somewhere about some different types of scams where you call a number for a job and then they charge you hundreds of dollars. So when I received the test I thought I would google it and I am glad I did so I could see what it really was about. To bad because I got my hopes up for a new job. This is so wrong.
trying to come out and "test" my water and give me a $25 gift card for my time. basically they want me to buy their water softener - not interested if i was i would call them. she never said what company she was with when i asked says she got my # from the hew homeowner welcoming committee and home depot.

Oh by the way it is a MIAMI phone number from a small Mobility company. They have a heavy Cuban population which could explain the accent some of you reported.

I was told to call this number, about winning 3.7 million dollars. she said it was international lottery and sweepstakes, and to call this number.
Called saying he was from a medical compensation company, had kids in the back ground..never could say the company or anything doing with a corporation ... Money scam for sure
They are jerks and a collection agency. They like to make statements about you kids and hang up. Ken is a little pole smoker
An individual called wanting to know if I still received my mail at my PO Box (he knew the box number). When I asked who he was and where he was calling from?
He said that he was a business manager, and he needed to verify that I was still getting my mail at the PO Box. He then said that he first needed to to verify that I was the correct individual and wanted me to confirm the last four digits of the social security that he had. It was at that time that I hung up.
Called. Didn't leave a message. Did anyone else get this number? These unknown numbers are making me crazy! Calling on a Friday night is pure evil.
Receiving calls every hour from this number, Never a message from the caller. No name on the caller ID.
This is Lookout Security accessing your device because you have Lookout installed, dumbasses (the ones that think it is a thief)
got a call from 817-282-2120... search shows its in a small town in Texas, a land line. The 'operator' recording said 'You have a call, to accept this call...', etc. Of course I didn't accept the call, but makes me wonder if this is a scam to get info or use your # for making out-of-country calls?
identical here, we believe this was a no. that has rang us a few times before & never ever bothers to leave a msg.
