Claim that there has been a "legal complaint" and that it's their job to make sure I will be at this address to get legal papers. I've been served legal documents before, this is not how it works. I told them I am not who they are trying to call (I know it is a very old debt collector, as they are using my old last name from when I was 19 and not married) and they tried to intimidate me saying they would report that the court documents were falsified. Seems to me it wouldn't be legal to claim to be involved with a sheriff's office or court if that isn't the case. If they had any legal standings or clout, I would have received legal documents rather than several hundred annoying phone calls.

It a scam, I got a call saying I owed them 300 bucks, and that I was going to jail, I instantly knew, it was a scam, and informed the man that I was recording the call and I was going to file charges, he hung up on me, now I call them 20 to 30 times a day to just screw with him.

Was contacted by this number and used the 'lost or stolen card option'. Connected me to actual VISA. The operator told me to contact my local authorities and let them know this company is trying to scam people's credit card numbers. The officer that came to my house said the number and complaint is turned in to the state attorney general and added to a data base.

They called @ 6:49p.m. regarding Quincy McKenzie and said they are a towing company and we were an emergency phone number to contact. Also that this was a very serious situation. Who is this company, we tried to call back and an answering machine came on. We left a message and no response. Their business is closed.

I cancelled Time Warner to get my bill down, and had thought to go back after it was all paid to zero. I've returned the equipment, but have not yet even gotten a final bill. One day, they called 19 times. Today, in 10 minutes, I got five calls. An average day is 10 calls. I will never, ever go back to Time Warner, and would warn anyone to stay away from them to avoid their leg breakers.

rang 'em back & talked to some man who seemed just like she got been drinking her lunch. it is a really unprofessional marketing company making spam cold rings for some hack chiropractor Dr. Collin Hilliard in Austin. we believe her group was rang Elite Chiropractic. we requested to be deleted with the ring directory, we will see. when you're annoyed by the rings i would contact the good doctor & complain.

I just got the issue would be resolved my bank statement showed my e-savings club I canceled the Acai Berry in July last year, and I was charged 8.51, I called my bank who gave me the number 87057422, I called and they canceled it, I hope that they have no more unauthorized charges hope this helps someone
