Receiving text messages from someone saying they are Alyssa Silva.    At first thought it might have been someone I met through business but then kept getting stupid responses with misspelled words.    Saying 'wat'? etc.    Even when I threatened to go to the police, the text messages have continued.

This number calls people and promises them to lower their credit card debt. My number is on the national do not call list, so I answered the call. I pressed one to be connected to someone. Once connected, I asked the person on the other line for a number for me to call them back at. After asking that question, the person on the other end of the phone hung up. This is a direct indication there is a scam involved. If someone tells you they can help you and you ask them how and they disappear, there is a PROBLEM. If you get a call from this number and you give out any informaiton that is deemed or even remotely private, you should make sure that you have identity insurance.

This phone number was supposedly from a man on Match.com that was an Australian business man that moved to Washington from LA. I've received about 30 texts from him and talked with him about 5 or 6 times from this number. I've called it and always get an answering service and then he calls me right back. Seems very suspicous.

The company is First Credit Services out of NJ. They appear to collect debts primarily for gyms. They've been calling me repeatedly, at home and at work, even though I've informed them IN WRITING that I dispute the debt, I demand verification of the debt, and they don't have permission to call me at work. Do NOT trust these people, they are flagrantly violating the law.
