they claim to be the Ca Chapter of Fraternal Order of Police. Call ~4-4 times/day. They hang up when machine answers, hang up when human answers. I called the number right back right after one call when I was fed up with it all (probably not a good idea in retrospect) and told them we were on the do not call list and not to call me.
