I checked out the BBB and it sure is an F on thier scale and it is a collection agency trying to scare you. Tecnically if they continue to call and harras you at work or on your phone you can file harrasment charges. Also, The BBB allows you to file a complaint against this company.

In the last month, I too started receiving these irritating phone calls, both in the AM & PM every so many days. When I went to the Do Not Call website (as I've been registered for years) I couldn't submit my claim because it said the phone number of the company I entered and my registered phone number are the same. WHAT!??? The numbers I entered are obviously not the same. I didn't even enter my phone number or name in the Do Not Call complaint form. I remained anonymous. What kind of scam is this company if when I enter their phone number, 253-246-8515, it sees it as being my own phone number?

Called my CELL PHONE (which I do not just give to anyone or any guys EVER) at approx 11 at night, using a voice disguiser (like darth vader) and asked about a class I am in, just say you will report him and hang up.

Received a call that I didn't answer & then a text saying "what's up lol". I replied that I have gotten a new phone and asked who this was. I was told Jason Christ to which I told them the only Jason I know is my boyfriend. They replied "Oh I'm sorry I have the wrong number lmao." I then asked if this was someone named Jeff to which they replied "No this isn't Jeff I swear lol. Names Jason Christ I'm lookin for Robbie I didn't know this was a girl". I then explained no problem, mistakes happen but to forget my number please. That was around 10:30 pm. Then at 3:30 am I received texts stating my name and dirty messages that were untrue. I then told them that if I received any more calls/texts I will consider it harassment & contact the police. They then called me a bad name and said ok. I haven't gotten anything more from this #, but I have NO idea who it is or why they would say such things. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I think these scammers get the phone numbers from the do not call list, that is the only place that I have left this private cell phone number as it is an emergency phone only. Most of family and my boss doesn't even have this number, just the school and close family.

we picked up the telephone & pressed 1 & requested for the address for them. The b***h on the telephone stated 1622 this was not real. This was the fifth time these people have rang & these people recognise nothing about the vehicle We are driving. we rang the no. back & We are suppose to be deleted off their directory however I will see. we have reported this no. to the annoiance center for our telephone firm & We are attempting to have this no. blocked.

Just received a call asking for owner of home. When I stated that was me he introduced himself as Sean ( very thick accent) from Air duct cleaning service. I immediately advised that I do not wish to have this service and he just hung up. Have received other calls from different numbers over the last few months claiming to be air duct cleaning services.
