As my experience 25 years in telecom looks like calling card company using fake caller I D that mean when somebody calling at 3 am in another country might be 9 am . It is hard to stop them just call your provider and ask them to block that number I hope that helps.

Credit card services, several call from them, recording, stayed on line until actual person answered, said I get these calls several times a month, and this is work cell # and I'm on a do not call list, I need my # removed. He hung up. I called # back, got a recording , gave me an option to be put on there do not call list, prompt 1:: we'll see

we have no clue whose no. this was however the individual likes to sms us once every three days or so. we got a three week block on the no. however soon as this expired, this individual (im assuming it is male) instantly began with the SMSing again.
