Tried to be assertive yet did not want to give her company name. This is a debt collector and they should not be calling anyone's job, as well as, refuse to give their proper name and company name. I've filed several complaints, but because I don't get detailed information from whoever is on the other line (because they hang up before you can get any such information out of them), the complaints are dropped by the FCC. 'Not enough information,' they say, even if you provide them the phone number, business name, and date/time of the call. Today they called again, and i answered, and he said he keeps getting errors from my computer. I ask him what my name was, and to my shock, and horror he said my last name. I asked,'What do you want ?'
