hey, i got a call from this number as well. i didnt answer, as i didnt recognize the number..but i decided to call it back.A man answered and acted (or maybe he really couldn't) hear me. He said 'hello?, hello?' and when i said 'i had a missed call from this number' he hung up.

This seemed to be a recorded ring. The recorded message stated to please hold for a vital ring. This recurring about every fifteen. thirty minutes for a couple minutes. subsequently (unbelievably) this announced that we got been holding long enough & these people would ring us back. subsequently the ring cut off. As of three weeks later, these people havent rang back.

Just received a recorded call from RCS. When I called back I found out that they are a legitimate debt collection agency calling about a disputed medical bill that my insurance company has on hold. I spoke to Christa and she was very pleasant and willing to work with me.

1st experience: 2 rings within fifteen seconds on 2/17/12 about 7:15 and 7:30 PM PST. They put the phone down soon after picking up machine intercepted the rings on the 2nd call.
