When I answer, I hear: "If you are "first name" "last name" (I don't remember) press 1 and a representative will answer." After weeks of getting this call EVERY DAY, I finally called back and a lady answered: "Diversified Consultants" I told her: "You had been calling my number every day since the beginning of 2013 and I don't like it. I would appreciate it if you would stop." She responded: "Your number was placed in our system 1-29-2013, so it couldn't have been that long", and she hung up on me.

Could be that the caller is trying to find out when the answer occurs to see when someone is home. Then they sell the info to telemarketers to increase their probability of hits.

This number has been calling my work number and harrassing whoever answers the phone. They have cussed me, my co-workers, and my boss. They state they are calling from a legal company but, I don't believe that legal companies call their clients M***** F*, bit**es, and talk about how they are going to f*** your mother. This is a fax machine and we have no fax. Woke us up at 6:09 am. Called the number and it said the box was full. We don’t have 9-5 jobs and unfortunately, have to keep our phone on due to work related calls. Wish there was a working “Do Not Call List”.
