I think that this call is a prank call. They are asking for you to send $100 through western union to identify who you are before giving you a government grant. The guy I spoke with said that they will reimburse your $100 back along with the grant. I called the number that he gave me and he picked up, but it did not sound perfessional at all. For many months I have been receiving calls from 'the *' I never ordered anything and always told them to remove my number, do not call again,stop calling,etc.etc. About a month ago I even told them I died and that I was someone else who did not want them to call me.
